Assessment
Statutory Assessments take place across all schools nationally at various times in a child's education. The documents below give information about them.
Firstly, you will find a newly produced document about the End of Key Stage 2 national Curriculum Tests (or Year 6 SATs as they are commonly known.)
This September/October, the Reception Baseline Assessment takes place for all of our EYFS pupils. It will also take place for children starting school in Reception after this date. Parents and carers can find out more information in the document below.
Below, you will find information about the Year 1/2 Phonics Screening Check. Although this guide is for last academic year, the information contained within it is still relevant. The document will be updated when the new one comes available. The Phonics Check will take place in June 2024.
Optional Year 2 SATs will take place in the month of May 2024 and Year 6 SATs will take place during the week beginning 13th May 2024. Please read the document below to find out more about them. The document will be updated when the new one has been published.)
